We deliver orders across Ukraine via "Nova Poshta" (to a branch, parcel locker, or by courier). Delivery is not available to temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine and/or to towns/branches where Nova Poshta does not actually provide services on the shipping or delivery date.

Delivery cost is calculated according to the carrier's rates. For orders over 2500 UAH, delivery to a "Nova Poshta" branch is free.

Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Carrier delivery time is usually 24-48 hours.

Courier delivery within the city is possible via the !FestDostavka platform and BoltFood, if available in your city.

Orders are processed daily from 12:00 to 18:00 (except public holidays). Shipping usually takes place within 24 hours of placing the order.

No. Delivery of goods from our website is carried out only within Ukraine.

Self-pickup is available only in Lviv, from the location on Krakivska Street ⅓. In the comment field, please indicate that you wish to pick up the order yourself and the approximate time.

You need to call the location's work phone number or email us to correct the delivery details.

Please check the package at the carrier's branch. If the product is damaged:

1. Refuse to accept the package

2. Fill out a claim form at the delivery branch

3. Contact our support team.

Yes, all payments are protected by modern encryption protocols. We do not store your card details.

Yes, we work with legal entities. When placing your order, select the "Bank transfer" option, and a manager will send you an invoice.

Yes, you may return non-excise goods or exchange a product within 14 days of purchase, provided it has not been used and its appearance and packaging are preserved. Under Ukrainian law (Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 172), alcoholic (excise) goods are not returnable.

If the return is due to a store error or a manufacturing defect, we cover the delivery cost. In other cases, the buyer pays for delivery.

The money is refunded to your card within 3-7 business days after we receive and inspect the product.

All products carry an official manufacturer's or store warranty ranging from 6 to 24 months, depending on the category.
